1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and julibb ("we," "us," "our," or "Platform"), operating under PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulatory oversight. • Geographic Restrictions: You must be physically located within the Philippines when accessing julibb services. The use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other methods to conceal your true geographic location is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Regulatory Compliance: You must not be included on any self-exclusion list, prohibited player list, or regulatory restriction list maintained by PAGCOR or other Philippine gaming authorities.
• Single Account Requirement: You are permitted to maintain only one account with julibb. Creating multiple accounts, regardless of reason, constitutes fraud and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

We reserve the right to request identity verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) business days may result in account suspension until verification is completed. Documents commonly required include valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within three months), and payment method verification (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing name and account details).

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, valid email address, active Philippine mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes, date of birth proving you are 21 years or older, residential address within the Philippines, and creation of a secure password meeting our security requirements.

All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. We reserve the right to verify all account information and may request additional documentation at any stage of account ownership.

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

You agree to immediately notify julibb customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notice suspicious activity, lose access to the email address or phone number associated with your account, or believe your password has been compromised. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3.3 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action: creating multiple accounts; sharing accounts with other individuals; allowing minors to access your account; using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers; colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage; exploiting software errors or system vulnerabilities; conducting money laundering or fraudulent financial transactions; providing false information during registration or verification; and engaging in abusive behavior toward staff or other players.

4. Deposits and Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

julibb does not charge deposit fees. However, your financial institution or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which we are not responsible. All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of duplicate transactions or system errors, which will be investigated and resolved on a case-by-case basis.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal requests may require additional verification and processing time of up to 72 business hours. Withdrawals requested during weekends or Philippine public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We reserve the right to conduct security reviews on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily withdrawal limits are set based on your account verification level and transaction history. Standard verified accounts have daily limits of ₱50,000, weekly limits of ₱200,000, and monthly limits of ₱800,000. VIP accounts receive higher limits based on their tier. Limits may be temporarily adjusted for security reasons or at our discretion to prevent fraud.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Terms

6.1 Bonus Acceptance

9.2 Operator-Initiated Closure

In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or other serious misconduct, we reserve the right to forfeit your account balance and withhold any pending withdrawals. Funds may be returned to the original deposit source or retained as compensation for damages caused by your violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, julibb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of our platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of julibb services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Dispute Resolution Procedure

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of julibb services, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting our customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved satisfactorily through direct communication.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRC). Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for any legal proceedings related to these Terms or your use of julibb services.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the julibb platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and compilation thereof is the property of julibb or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright laws. The julibb name, logo, and all related names, designs, and marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of julibb.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may subject you to civil and criminal penalties including monetary damages and injunctive relief.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and julibb regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Assignment
